Order & Pre-Order Terms
When ordering please enter the full address including the postcode of the recipient. We will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered due to incorrect details.
By completing your orders, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these terms and conditions and appearing anywhere on the MY JOURNAL OF HANDCRAFT site.
We may require the order to be placed by 24hours in advance. As always ordering with advance notice of 1 -3 days is preferred, but not always required for special requirements.
Any changes of particular (example : Receiver’s Address, contact,etc) must be make within 12 hours in advance.
Any changes of ordering items must be making before your payment. Once your payment is made, we are not able to change your order items.
Free cancellation of order before the payment.
Cancellation of orders will be subject to 40% processing fee, it will deduct from your payment and refund the balance of payment to your bank account.
We reserve the right to reject or refund your orders.
As items are special handmade, it is impossible to make any return and refund, unless the handmade items you receive is in very poor condition (items are broken and other condition). Please email or whatsapp us with photos attached immediately, investigation and further action will be taken accordingly.

2.1 Urgent order will be charge RM30 for processing fee excluding shipping fee.
2.2 Processing order until shipping period will take around 14days.
2.3 Once an order has been processing, we cannot cancellation and cannot refund any payment to buyer.
Change of address
Once an order has been sent out, we cannot change the mailing address. So please check your mailing address and ensure it is correct and made to the location you desire.
